+1. I was going to say this if nobody else had.
Pinning is a standard, useful feature in forum software. And it could really make life easier around here. Some of the above pages either should be pinned themselves, or linked to by a pinned informational post like this one.
(The fact that things posted in sub-forums are often viewed in one mixed heap here does complicate matters, but not impossibly. That just means that pinning things in individual sections wouldn't be as practical.)
