I'd like to buy a portable hard drive for myself but I don't know what kind of portable hard drive should I buy.

Thanks but do you know any hard drive with less memory because I don't need so much memory. 500 GB is enough I think.

So buy My Passport 500GB :D
500GB isn't enough for me... Five years ago I bought My Passport 250GB, three years ago My Pass. 500GB and year ago My Pass. 1TB, all of them are still working...

They are not very expensive today. If you want to have it VERY portable, buy a 2.5 inch one. It should be around 70€ for 500GB.
They also dont need any power supply.
If you want more memory you need to buy a 3,5 inch. They are about 70€ for 1TB. But you need to take a separate power supply with you.

To continue on, if you need both portability and memory, get a 2.5 inch 1TB one. Those are more expensive.
