Creating giveaways

Hey people. I'm new to all of this and I'm trying to create a giveaway. So I'm going with the gift route, and when I am about to purchase It says this. Notice: Gift purchases for Legendary can only be added to the gift recipient's library if they are in South Africa. What am i suppose to do? Can i do anything about this? Thanks :)

Do a region I think thats how to spell it locked GA.

There is no option to select South Africa as region lock on SG. CG hasn't updated the list in ages :S

umm... whitelist or group recruit is top on my mind... an event for all to join that are from south africa only.. tell them they are only to be sent and invite to group or added to whitelist after they agree and confirm they are within that region, and make them include the words, "if i cannot redeem, i give permission to delete the giveaway"... --- setting it up like that should be enough for support to be able to delete the giveaway should something go wrong.. (just link support to the thread with people agreeing)... =)

In your case I'd create a group and not a whitelist. Others from South Africa would benefit from such a group too, if they have any region locked games to give.
