Good idea?
When support staff suspends a member, they have the same menu to choose from
We don't, so this would require to completely rework the suspension system, and I'm not sure how this could be done with all past suspensions

Well, I guess I worded that badly. I meant, of course, support WOULD have the same menu. But yeah, past suspensions are a good point. Maybe when there's a new report coming in, you guys might add the game to the users "already suspended list" without giving him a new suspension?
This would of course not cover all of them immediately, but you would only have to do it once for every win.
Hope this is understandable, I don't know how to explain it differently :D

To improve report efficiency and take workload off support, I think it would be nice to add another drop down menu to the user report screen where you can choose one of the users wins.
When support staff suspends a member, they have the same menu to choose from and their selection will be saved.
If a suspension has already been given, the report will automatically be rejected.
This way there would be no "Suspension shaming", since users could not directly see past suspensions on profiles, but I think it would prevent a lot of unnecessary work for support
Here's what it might look like (excuse my incredible paint skillz):
*Edit: A slightly varied version of this might also work for multiple wins
