Welp! Will the original Mass Effect 3 be removed from Steam after release of the Legendary Edition?

Mass Effect Legendary Edition is gonna be released in 3 hours and I don't wanna miss the chance to have the original one in my library, but the problem is, it was on a 67% discount back in December and I don't want to pay full price for it if I can buy it on a great discount. On the other hand I have no other choice but to buy it if it's gonna be removed after the release of the remastered trilogy. It's happened before with EA games like NFS Hot Pursuit. Would appreciate knowing your thoughts on this.

Also: I have the option to buy it now and wait for 14 days to see if it gets removed or not, so if it doesn't, I can refund the game and buy it later at a discounted price.

14 days is enough to know for sure, so buy it and refund in case it isn't removed.
