Wrong giveaway, but actual game isn't listed..

I submitted a game and it was suppose to be "Dawn of War II: Retribution" but it showed up in my giveaway as "Dawn of War II: Retribution - The Last Standalone" but it isn't that. That's the co-op game.. I gave away the full game DoW2: Retribution with single player campaign included, but it wasn't listed.

How do I fix it when the actual game isn't listed? The winner got the correct gift, but I won't get the proper credit for it.

Also, on the winner's page it shows up properly as "Retribution" at a $30 value and not "Standalone" at a $10. So am I missing something?

When a game isn't listed is because it was given away for free, as far as I know.

That's what I thought at first too, but Retribution has never been given away en masse, has it? :S

Oh, might be, good spot! Although wasn't it only the first dawn of war that you could get free keys for? I dunno.

no there are just two games with similar title, he clicked the wrong one....so he gave away a 30$ game....but created a giveaway for the 10$ one.

yes it´s right now not in the list.. no in the list does not mean in every case it´s free....sometimes it´s just an error....i doubt it was ever free.....

I tried a support ticket for "change giveaway game" but it didn't work since the alternative wasn't on the list.

I can't find any free promo for it, so it might simply be missing. You would need a support ticket to get that fixed.

Also, looking at your winner's library, he seems to have this baby here and that one is on the list. You might consider asking for your giveaway to be corrected. (Unless he had both other titles before)

EDIT: Yes, this is what it was.. thanks, I can send a support ticket to correct the issue.
