While the type of response that they received is never excusable, it is rather eyebrow-raising for DLH to attempt to pass blame for site issues on anyone other than themselves, given how the site is well-established as being a messily put together ad-farm with extensive issues that persist regardless of whether a giveaway is up or not. Put another way, the petty demeanor shown in DLH's quote seems to accurately portray the quality of presentation we'd expect from the site, regardless of whether the sentiment underlying that quote is supportable or not.
Of course, they'll need to change their official site description away from "We give away millions of Steam Keys to our registered Users. Know more, visit our site:- www.dlh.net Register now and grab your free Steam Keys." Well, perhaps now the site can put more effort into developing other parts of itself to the point where those elements would merit mentioning in the site's description, as well.

If DLH was smart, and I doubt they are, they'd immediately fire whoever made that statement. A marketing or social media rep should never make passive aggressive statements like that. No excuse.

Yeah there’s like one helpful/informative comment there and the rest of people just complain anyway after seeing it. And the very fact bots are attacking them in the first place is sad in itself.
I also see one that’s constructive criticism about the captcha but still the majority is just complain complain.

To be clear i ever had problems with there site and never got something. So it don't hit me with the GA's but i never complained about there "shitty" site/infrastructure. I only stopped try to get there something (not tested the last 3 or 4 GA's).

Sadly, I agree with this. It was nice of them to offer keys, but the last time I visited the site, it wouldn't allow you to get free games with adblock enabled, and without, there was more space given to the advertising than page content.
And I still couldn't get free games.

I understand both sides, these 100 keys per hour giveaways are super frustrating, I don't even bother with them anymore, but in no way justifies it the hate.
Maybe they will return with a better giveaway system after careful consideration. I think they need the exposure from these gib events to keep the site in a viable state.

Actually, people manipulating giveaways with bots can be found anywhere where there is a free giveaway. Pity you guys for the negative comments, and even though I did encounter some problems trying to reach the keys, I managed to get one after several attempts in the end. There's no free meal in this world after all, finger-pointing and swearing could do nothing to help better the experience, but to ruin the joy for all.
Thanks for the giveaways, I wonder what kind of responses MarvelousGA would get if they had got a section for comments.

The thing is, in its current state, the site was indeed absolutely leeched by bots. In their last giveaway, Jasem, I just never managed to grab a key because with every batch I tried the site would be super slow while the bots snatch all the batch in a minute or 2. So, not really a loss for users, sadly. But the bots are to blame, certainly not DLH indeed.
