How on earth am I suppose to make a train if the max giveaways I can have at once is 2? How do you increase the limit? I've got a train planned....

From FAQ:

Why is there a limit to the number of gifts I'm able to give away?

We limit the number of gifts a user can create for security purposes, and to prevent a new user from potentially posting a large number of invalid gifts to the site. When you create giveaways and your gifts are received, this number will increase, and you'll be rewarded with the ability to create giveaways with a greater number of copies, or more simultaneous giveaways.

Sometimes support can temp. increase your max. of ga's. But with good reasons.

You start with the ability to create 3 giveaways and you gain 1 additional giveaway slot for every 3 games you give away that get marked as received. If someone marks your giveaway as "not received" or you cancel a giveaway before it ends, you will lose 1 of your giveaway slots.

That's probably why you only have two slots. Every three completed GA will bring you one more slot. So for your answer, you have to completed more GAs and you'll eventually have enough to create you train...

It's also a safety measure to ensure new gifters don't suddenly re-think the decision leaving all the winners with nothing at all.
If you have arleady gifted a few games the mods can be a bit more sure you're not just here to joke around.

If you make a few successfull ones and show you're being sincere about this you can request for more slots :)

And a small warning, trains are really tedious to make. A lot of going back and forth to link things properly x)

I'm not sure, it probably depends on the reason why it is being canceled. They have the ability change it to any number.
