Best Value for my money was probably the Humble Origin Bundle which was one of the greatest bundle ever but with the worst Bonus ever too..
My Personal "Wow Factor" Bundle was probably my first Humble Indie Bundle which was #4.. It was my first real bundle and it came with lots of games for me to enjoy.

HIB 9
Mark of the Ninja, FTL, Bastion, Limbo, Trine 2, Brutal Legend, Fez
Thats not even including the other games which werent very good (Eets Munchies, A Virus Named Tom and Rocketbirds), but the core of that bundle was spectacular. While I already owned the majority of the games I named directly above before this bundle debuted, that was just a steal of a bundle for someone who didn't. So many awesome games despite the couple of repeats.

There have been quite a few bundles out there, but which ones stand out in your mind as "amazing," even after all this time?
I have a special fondess for Humble Botanicula Debut, because it was my first bundle I ever got. I also liked the (more recent) Be Mine 13, which had a great combo of games and music.
