Yes, they are... BUT not all of them. I once met a team of 4 premade Russian guys that were really funny and chill :)

Most of them have pretty good gaming skill, but no communicative one at all. So, every accident made by teammate is "TY CHO SYKA, SEMECHKI, BLYAD'! REPORT" etc.
Those, who can act like human being, are pretty quiet, i guess

There are people like those of every nationality. The problem is that a huge amount of Russians play CS:GO, Dota2 which leads to more people like the above stated

hey, as a russian i can say to you that it's a stereotype, yes there's a lot of douchebags over here, but we also have lots and lots of good players
p.s. and yeah i do accept that concentration of douchebags here is higher than average, but still

thats exactly my friend who didn't let me nprmally play competitive and every round he've been MUST to say something on a micro and even write something on a chat because he found that my teammates not as good as he wanted >.< Also when i was CT, he always told that i don't must to sit in my place, "be a rat", said i must running and killing :/ Maybe thats because he silver II and cant play as a normal people that understand game and basics of it

I met very nice guy from Russia while playing DiRT 3. I still hot him on my friends list. But so far people on CS:GO are mostly fitting the stereotype of typical angry Russian player. :P
