gift receiving

Go to Manage --> Won and uncheck "Yes".
Now wait.

I won a giveaway, but haven't received the gift.

The giveaway creator has 1 week to email it before you can mark the gift as "Not received". If it's been more than 24 hours since the giveaway ended try and add the giveaway host to Steam and remind them to send the gift.

it closed 20 hours ago.. .also how is he going to give me the keys ? because the other guy who won the giveaway already got his keys.. and he has played the games..i checked

You will be emailed with the gift (with link to click, the game will be added to the steam account you're logged in)
You entered real email adress when registering on S.Gifts right...? Check it under "Account"
