SG does not recognise my game - DOOM

Hi there - maybe someone will be able to help me with this issue.
I was lucky to win a fantastic giveaway. Doom. I ve accepted the gift and used it. I have now 63 games in my library on steam.
But only 62 on SG. Also SG Tools indicates that Doom is not activated.I used sync account button. Many times.

Maybe the problem is that this is preorder and I cannot download it yet? How can I prove SG Tools (and other users) that I activated all my wins ?

All pre order games do that before release. Steam doesn't show it, its a known issue. Don't need to worry about it.

Well, but how can inform about that known issue SG Tools ?:)
I fail to pass the standard requirement "Your account must have activated all the won gifts "
And sb may think that I traded the present,
