I have a little problem…

I make a 2 TokiTori 2 keys giveaway, the 2 guys say he receive the key but the 2nd say the key don't work.
Toki tori is in ßeta so i can see if he have the game in this library or not i ask him to take a screen and he don't answer since 5 minuts he "try to find the screenshot"

What did i should do ? (I have other keys)

Well SG don't accept giving away beta keys at all

Do not submit guest passes, beta keys (Dota 2 whitelisted), or in-game items from games such as TF2. FAQ

But I'm not sure for Toki Tori 2, they were not free?

You can't preorder Toki Tori 2, so if there's Toki Tori 2 in droplist, it has to be beta.

I give to the guy an other key…

The problem is Toki Tori 2 is not available yet (but i have keys) so it's the only way to make a giveaway with this game.

Maybe the other key was used and the devs gave you that used key by error :P

But TokiTori2 exists in drop-down list. It means Mods allow it to giveaway.

Yes I know I think they need to reconsider disallowing it (It's a 'free' key. Because it's still 'free', no?)

check his library if he has game then he activated it and just wasting your time :D if not check if u send same key to both :D if neither work contact moderators :)
