AMD NEVER SETTLE PROMO WEB FATAL ERROR!!!! ALL GAMES LOST!!!

I bought a new graphic card, and when i tried to redeem the never settle coupon in the amd promo web i recived this error:

Then i tried to enter the code again and..... BAM!!!! i recived this new awesome error: "We're Sorry This unique ID has already been sent a game key."

So i didn't recived any email and any key... I already sent an email to amd :/
