Yeah, it's not bad. They're getting to the point where you're expected to play for 250,000 hours to reach maximum levels and gain DA BEST SUPAR EXTRA ULTRA GEAR only to have it invalidated by the next patch, which shows up three days after you busted your ass to get whatever the highest tier of gear is. That, and they aren't as into solo players any more.

Sure, it's always got new content, but the constant struggle to stay playable will probably give you diarrhea.

if you like "horde" (protect a cristal while waves of increasingly enemies come at you) with a bit of RPG and tower defense. if you like this combination then this game is awesome! if that doesnt apeal to you then pass

Dungeon Defenders is an Absolutely brilliant tower defense game that has a really high difficulty in the later levels but if you have enough motivation you can have loads of fun with the game as long as long farming doesn't scare you off ;D

this game is very worth it, and it's in steamworkshop now so people are adding even more content for free. there's lots of dlc but it's fun without even getting them. also they tend to give out dlc for free when they launch for holidays and stuff, i got most of them that way.

It's really fun, but it is much harder solo. You normally have to level two characters at a time and jump between them. Doing this until you get one over leveled, because no one character is the best at everything.

I guess the Mage has the most variety in towers, so if you do play solo he's a good pick.

Oh tip time. Play on Trendy Net but make your games friends only/private. If you play in the offline/local mode (can't remember what they call it), you won't get achievements.

Split screen co-op is pretty good and only needs one game, but the game should be good alone as well.

Firstly DD worths a lot more and secondly I don't know people either but I join random (insane mostly :P) online active parties :).
