I believe it is Soviet orchestral music but I need the name.

I don't hear any choral music in there at all. There is some orchestral music, however. I can't place it, though.

On a more important note, I think this program/video should be required viewing by high-school students.

You're right, I meant orchestral [Corrected]. Someone said it is included in "One hour of Soviet music" but I didn't manage to find it.
