Any recommend of chair for work n gaming ?

office chair is better.

Just check for a good back and, most importantly, check them yourself - in person. Everybody's different, so are their needs. There is no one chair to rule them all.

Office chair is generally better than a gaming chair of the same price.
Btw a waiting room chair - with armrests and a large seat - is more comfortable if you slouch ;)
Try the chairs in a store, don't buy a chair online without actually trying it!
