Well, the swedish legislation is quite weird. According to BBC many things end up considered rape, even having drunk sex if you end up regretting it. Also, each episode is counted separately, so a woman reporting unwanted/forced sex with her husband every other day during their 5 years marriage will account for 900 separate cases due to how reports are handled by the police. This pretty much inflates the actual rate.

Unfortunately I fail all those SGTools checks, except for the last two (well, I'm guessing that my GOG account value is over $1000).
