Blacklisted for: "comment"

I think need function for commenting when blacklisting someone and commenting each person on ../manage/blacklist page.
Because there is a lot persons who are deserve for permanent ban, but sometimes you add someone who was wrong only in that moment and want to give him a chance in future.

Or an excel with his/her sg profile, reason for blacklisting, link to the relevant thread/comment, and steamID64

I'd much rather the site auto counter blacklist more than worrying about notes. I've personally only blacklisted people for blacklisting me, so I know why all of them are on there.

Yeah, some kind of automatic mutual blacklisting would be nice. Wouldn't even need to be a real blacklisting that actually adds the blacklister to the other persons blacklist. It would be enough if people simply couldn't enter the giveaways for those who they have blacklisted.

I do have you blacklisted but you haven't blacklisted me back, just a heads up.
