South America GA [Specified Countries]

I have Codemasters Bundle that locked to Specified Countries so need to create it as Whitelist GA

All you need to enter my Whitelist GA with games from Codemasters bundle :

1. SG Lvl 3 and above
2. No multiple won same game
3. SG account primary region South America
4. Resident from following countries : Venezuela, Colombia, Guyana, Suriname, French Guiana, Brazil, Peru, Bolivia, Paraguay, Uruguay, Argentina, Chile, Ecuador ( If not sure check http://www.steamgifts.com/account/profile/sync and make sure your countries listed )
