Defiance - Worth Buying?

50$ for a game?! No. Never again. I think you should wait for sale.

Don't pre-purchase it.

I have played closed beta 1 and 2 and i think it's a copycat from many games like Firefall which is, as well, a closed beta, though they mix it in a way that it makes it enjoyable, the story is pretty interesting and the primary/side/free-roaming missions are very interesting. I definetly recommend the pre-purchase since i actually played it and i would love to own it before the release.

Edit : From what i recall though there are some micro-transactions like cars, some weaponry and lots of cosmetic stuff, though most of the stuff can be found by random-loot throughout the world, micro-transaction thingy is rather a big minus.
