A train is a "chain" of giveaways linked to each other - The first giveaway is posted on the forum, and in the giveaway's description is a link to another giveaway, then another, etc. They are like wagons on a train. You can have as many or as little wagons as you like.

When you enter a giveaway and see the first giveaway's description have a link to the second giveaway and the second giveaway description has a link to the third giveaway, etc.

From Urban Dictionary: A group of guys stand in a line outside a room. One by one, they enter the room to have sex with one girl inside. The line must have at least 7 guys to be qualified as a train.

If that's a serious question- a 'train' is a set of similar actions done in repetitious sequence through the same medium.
Though, you don't really hear "The movie festival ran a train of movies on its big projector screen," despite that theoretically being a valid usage.
The main three instances I've encountered it as a regular usage are Pico's definition (minus the last sentence and the requirement that they be outside of the room at any point), here on SG and for similar, and in gaming [eg. "Lets run a train on that dungeon" / "I'm leading a train of monsters"].
