I don't want to sound rude but please, PLEASE, read the FAQ before asking a question next time. And as Undac said above - the winner has 7 days to activate the gift

Also, it's not the rule of a group, but the rule of this site, just saying :D

ahh, sorry .
I read a comment in this thread

"You must activate it in your library immediately. It's compulsory."
lol

I'm confused. So you knew about the rule but you didn't? Fact is, you have to activate your wins to your account, whether you like your win or not.

Elunes ,you are confusing ME again.
Undac said - the winner has 7 days to activate the gift
I said i just read this comment by 'TheLuckyShamrock ' in another topic :
TheLuckyShamrock
"You must activate it in your library immediately. It's compulsory."
I presume the 7day one is correct.
Anyway case is solved now :) thanks for the help.

Well, yeah. You have to activate as soon as possible, though you generally have 7 days - at most.
I was just confused because you said that you didn't know it was a rule on this site and then you quoted someone who clearly said that you have to activate it to your account, so that's why I was confused ^^

Also, I checked all your winners and while some of them might have un-activated wins, they all activated the games you gave away.
you can use this website for easy and fast checking: http://www.sgtools.info/

oh ,very useful ,thanks for the info.
edit:
strange , manually checking on steam shows 2 not having the won game in their library
But anyway i'll leave it for 7 days ,i think i might have been jumping the gun a bit .
One thing i learned new today on steamgifts is to be patient in regards to wins/gives :)

Sending a support ticket and complaining on the public forums are two totally different things.

Out of interest (i don't normally follow up on what someone does with the steam key)
A steam group i mod for ,one of the main rules is any keys must be activated on your main account.
