You can talk about scammers in a more generalized way, but you can't single anyone out. You can talk about being scammed, or the methods that are being used to scam people and so on. Names will by the way mean very little. It's not uncommon for scammers to use the names of trusted traders, and they'll also often give you a link to the traders steamtrades rep.
