because you don't get banned for unsent GAs plus 1st time offense is not permaban - it is entirely possible that he got caught after he already had 5 non-activated wins, and in this case he would only get 25 Day suspension (5 Day Suspension per game), only repeated rulebreakings in case of non-activation may result in permaban.

Doesn't work that way ;p support explained somewhere that replying to something referring this something is not calling out - so for example FiddlerOnTheWeb writing to OP that begging is not allowed is not calling out, as he is responsing to a begging post/thread (if he went somewhere else in the forums and write that vladilen597 is posting begging threads it would be calling out thou). But referring to other rulebreakings of OP not referred to in OP is calling out and against the rules.
Similarly if FiddlerOnTheWeb called out in his post me saying it's calling out is not calling out in itself, if I go somewhere else and write "FiddlerOnTheWeb is breaking no calling out rules" it would be calling out ;p
