Hard to understand but I think I can make out what your trying to say, Basically you made a giveaway for Xcom: Enemy unknown and have sent the gift to the winner but they have reported it as not received, You would prove that you did in fact send it but you deleted the email and now you have bad reputation, You don't understand and you need help because that person is lying and is just here to fuck with people.

Hmm looking at his steam account he hasn't activated it, Have you tried re-sending the key? Maybe you didn't spell his email address correctly. Do you still have the key?

if your account is activated the winner just return the game as you can see here on the picture recently taken

If the winner returned the game to you then go ask for a reroll with support. This should have been sent to support in the first place anyways...

Oh I get it, oluap played by the rules. He sent you back the game. He marked it as not received because otherwise he could face a suspension.

You're the one who should have asked for a reroll based on "winner declined the gift".

Please, read this (FAQ och Riktlinjer). It's the site rules and an explanation of how things work, here.

You should have your giveaway re-rolled (request a new winner). Simple.

That shit was hard to read.

If you still don't understand what happened with your giveaway, please contact support.
