Waiting months for ticket

Yeah... Dunno what to say :(
Some users may say support is very slow and others will tell you they haven't got enough manpower but it's very annoying nonetheless.

I've been waiting 3 months for a fairly simple question (that is not in the FAQ of course). Just gotta be patient

and what including in digital deluxe?

i think that usually steam has another page for the deluxe edition. if it was the case here there wouldn't be any problem.
i think only the mods can fix it, and there are only 3 for the whole SG community (like ~100k active users) so you can only wait.

or say screw it, and GA the regular version for less CV (not fair i know), but the price could go down, or the game bundled (not likely but hey, weirder shit has happened)

I still don't seem to understand why more people aren't selected to be part of support, there are a hell of a lot of active members on this website with a positive history that wouldn't mind helping maybe? No idea.

I have a ticket pending now for more than four (4) months (I did update the ticket with new data after 1 month) against a betakey trade scammer that scammed me and atleast 5 other SG users Since then God knows how many other SG users this serial scammer scammed because of the non responding SG support. I know the OP, he is a nice guy and a good trader but I really hope he doesn't hold his breath waiting on SG support. :-)

i think i read somewhere in this forum that you need to put all tickets in the "other" category so most mods can read and reply to them.
at least it has worked for me so far, or maybe they like me. :3
