why not just use steam?

though maybe your looking to give them as a gift?

or whatever in that case i do not know a lot places

if your in the U.S there is GAME STOP
i hear Wal-Mart is hit and miss
http://www.bestbuy.com/site/valve-steam-wallet-card-20/6576811.p?id=1218759755911&skuId=6576811

though they start at 20 bucks so might not be much help

also these places should have them
Target, 7/11, Walgreens, and CVS Pharmacy

if your not from the U.S. i am not sure maybe get a pre paid card to buy what you want

Either what the guy above me said or if you want to make the most of every penny you got you could purchase TF2 keys from traders on steamtrades for about $1.80-$1.90 each, then sell those keys on the market and get roughly $2.20 wallet funds for each key.

Yeah $5 & $10 Steam wallet codes don't exist only $20, $50 & $100 although I do wish $5 & $10 was available.

To OP:
You can get a pre-paid card and load that money onto your PayPal account then use PayPal to add funds to your Steam Wallet.

What kind of pre-paid card are you referring? The ones you get from the bank? If not, I would like to know.

Well if you had your own bank account you wouldn't need pre-paid cards since you can easily transfer money from your bank to PayPal or you may not even need to transfer but I wouldn't know since I don't have a bank account in my name.
You can get reloadable pre-paid cards that work on PayPal although I don't recommend them since you have to pay for the reload feature of the card. You can however get special pre-paid cards pacifically for PayPal I believe.

I do have a bank account only for paypal use but my card expired and Im way to lazy to go and renew it. Plus I dont like the fact that I have to go 7:00-14:00 in the morning-noon to put money when I want to buy something. And I hate it even more when that something pops up Friday afternoon :P . Cards like Paysafe are very convenient since you can find them in kiosks and super markets but it isnt used everywhere like Paypal. I haven't found a pre-paid card for paypal where i live though.

Tremor Games somehow gets $5 codes.

EDIT
Well, use to, they haven't offered them since May.

I think $5 and $10 codes are promotional only. To buy a code, the lowest I've seen is $20.

In the US, best place to get it is GameStop due to PowerUp rewards points.

Also, if you were going to go to GameStop and buy a steam wallet code, pick up an extra Diancie code, if you are going there before Nov. 16. If you cannot use the event pokemon code, drop the code on the forum for someone else to have.
