Hmm... light on specs? You could probably spend hours and hours on these two.

Won this one here and has a cool vibe. The controls and interface are a bit weird but you get use to It. The main song is great. http://store.steampowered.com/app/633130/Nongnz/

I played this for around 3-4 hours at a friends place over 4th of July holiday this past year. It was entertaining and a little grindy but I didn't feel that until I was about to quit playin. I wanted to play more but never got back to it. The sequel is out but I haven't played it so can't judge yet.

Well that doesn't really fit the description since Blizzard restricts you from grinding except for those daily quest and rank chests.
If you really wanted to put a card game in this then Shadowverse would be a much better example since you can grind the points in ranked to unlock rewards (and you don't have to rank up, just playing is enough).

Path of Exile It's free and it has such huge variety when it comes to skills that you can spend hundreds of hours and not get bored of it.
Tales of Maj'Eyal It's an RPG Roguelike that's hard to get bored of due to the amount of races and classes it has, not to mention it has good monster and loot variety as well. If you're into roguelikes you could spend hundreds of hours on this one. If you don't like roguelikes because of perm-death this one actually has infinite and multiple-lives modes.
Mercenary Kings Probably best side-scrolling shooter I ever played. HowLongToBeat says it takes 18-19 hours to beat the campaign, which is a lot for a side-scrolling shooter. If you want to craft all weapon parts and get all achievements you can spend at the very least double that time on the game. I've put 37 hours into it and while I did beat it I didn't craft all weapon parts nor did I get all achievements.
Siralim and Siralim 2 are pretty good dungeon crawling, monster-taming RPGs with procedural generation. The first one is limitless, aka it doesn't have an ending and the second one has an ending to its story (which isn't the focus of the game so it's nothing worth writing about) but also a lot of post-end content. I would recommend the second one since it's a huge improvement over the first.
They should all work well on low-end hardware (except for PoE if you have very old PC). There are lot more games I could recommend but I don't feel like writing a wall of text at the moment, especially since I don't know what kind of games are you even into.

I feel so bad for not being able to like this game since one online friend bought the game at full price for me so we can play together.
I love zombie games but this one is just so boring. If you want to explore the world it can take so long to find anything worthwhile, sometimes I'd spend minutes just walking down the road to reach some kind of place you can explore and loot. Combat isn't enjoyable either. But it does seem I'm in the minority because the game does have "Very Positive" reviews.

Yeah, feel the same about combat.Did you ever try Monster Hunter series? It have a lot of grind and have low requirements to run(all you need is psp emulator)

I too thoroughly dislike Project Zomboid. I can never seem to survive the hordes of about 50 zombies just chilling next to that house I always go for... oh and the walking simulator part is great... but then I read reviews and people BUILD BASES ON IT?! Lost hope for me.

Sunless Sea. It's grindy. It's Lovecraftian. It's atmospheric. It's fun.

I am looking for a nice grinding game. Sadly most of the games are not fun for me anymore, but sometimes I can play the ones which interest me. An example could be Punch Club. The game itself isn''t a masterpiece but I had fun with it and it killed a lot of my time. I like games with a lot of stats to grind etc. The problem is that I don't have a really good pc. I would like to play something with low requirements, really low. I could also buy it but the price shouldn't be higher than 10$. I was thinking about Factorio but the game doesn't convice me. Seems to be boring with those repetetive graphics even if I know that it's very advanced. My current one laptop can't run anything with good fps, even Super Hexagon is struggling with minor lags.
Classic New Year's Eve spent by playing games.
