As long as you still have access to the serial number (located on the card) and identification number (in some literature that nobody reads that comes in the original packaging).

I agree the site is horribad, you'd think sapphire would have a better site.

You're somewhat correct. There was a topic recently about a Far Cry 3 giveaway on Sapphire, but it was only for North/South America, while this one is for different regions, so it does indeed warrant a new thread.

They already had a promo for this that included the America region (north, central, south). Now they're providing it to their other customers. :)
