I've never understood Raw CV being used as the default, as it makes no sense whatsoever. It's a novelty number, just some passing random statistic, not anything meaningfully relevant to the account or the site on the whole. It's the kind of obscure information you'd use for a quirky SGT filter, not one you'd want to reference normally during site usage or use for a typical filter. In fact, as Masafor noted (and this thread's topic similarly highlighted), there's clear downsides to obsfucating Real CV by listing Raw CV in its place. The whole thing is a confused mess and, I don't think it's a decision cg has ever given any kind of justification for. 🤔

In short, yes: Swapping them so that Real is displayed first and Raw is displayed within hover, just seems to make a whole lot more sense than the present design. While a bit more subjective, I'd also rename them to something along the lines of Contribution Total and Unadjusted Contribution to be more intuitive to new users than Real and Raw Contribution Value are (namely, the similarity at a glance between 'Raw' and 'Real' is a bit unideal).
