I agree with the people who say 'even though there is an HD option now, skip this game' because this is just re-enforcing lazy game devs to push out broken products and let the community fix them. The excuse was that they didn't know much about porting from console to PC and were confused. Bullshit. They could have asked for help or guidance from the publisher "Hey, can you help us get in contact with someone who knows the basics of porting?".

The vanilla game looks just as terrible though. Only with the fan-made HD patch do the graphics get any better.

It's pretty sad that a single amateur can do in a few days what FROM Software couldn't do in months.

It's not console vs PC. It's developer (both console and vanilla PC) vs modder (PC only) edition.

Both are the same. Dark Souls is the most dissapointing game since D3. I wanted to playt that so bad, but the Controls are terrible and the graphics are just a joke, even for a console-game.

pc version is much better when you dont get fps drop
