That's the giveaway type. There are 3 types:
Normal: Open to everyone who is a member of SteamGifts. Will be shown on the main site to everyone.
Group: Open only to those who are a member of the specified group Will be shown on the main site to those in the group.
Private: Open only to those who have the URL, this is often used for puzzle giveaways or forum-only giveaways (like this). Will not be shown on the main page.
