Problem with a download link

Hey guys, remember the promotional code from Ubisoft?Of course you do, due to the massive spam of it.
Well I have (stolen/ripped off) bought Assassins Creed I Director's Cut Edition with the code, and in my ordered games page, the download link and the key don't appear.
Please help.

PS: I have already contacted suport.

Can i suggest you ask this to someone on Ubisoft forums? This is steamgifts and people generally use steam, not u-play or whatever its called. Good luck solving your problem though
