How does one avoid being a Steamgifts leecher?

By giving a game away. This is what separates us from the animals :)

I'm a newbie here and not a contributor yet but I'm assuming a nice ratio between wins and giveaways. Games you want for games you don't.

Give games away, don't abuse contributor value and be active in the community

well ever since I won I really cut back on the giveaway entering, that makes me a non-leech right? <w<

So what about those who can't afford to buy games to give away? Honestly, I don't even buy games to keep unless I get some Christmas money or something. Almost every game I have was gifted to me. I guess that makes me a leech, so my question then is, are there certain circumstances where it is okay to be a leech?
