Mark of the ninja if you like stealthy games. Dont Starve if you like surviving as long as possible and a decently hard experience

i love both games for what they are, if your picking one it depends on your preferences

I have both. Didn't play much of either yet. Both made by same developers. CANADIAN MADE!!!!! If I were to chose one, it would be Don't Stave due to the re-playability.

Mark of the Ninja

Why? I like action games more than open ended permadeath survival games + I played some Mark of the Ninja and it's really fun.

In the end it depends on what genre you like more.

It really depends imo. Don't Starve is a rouge-like survival, while Mark of the Ninja is a difficult stealth game. To me, Mark of the Ninja is more of a game for me since it requires a lot of skill to get through levels, with the requirements of timing and thinking a way towards a solution.

Can't say for sure cause I haven't played both.

I've only played about 2 hours of Mark of the Ninja, and it's pretty fun, but I can't make an honest comparison because I haven't gotten around to Don't Starve yet. e.e

Mark of the Ninja is a much better game, but Don't Starve will entertain you for many more hours. They're both excellent, and I'm very happy with them.

why not both? same dev, different genre though so i dont want to compare, personally i bought and enjoyed both.

hM..... This one is actually hard... I say Don't Starve because you can play it over and over although it does get boring if you survived say 30+ days and then die you just can't bring yourself to start from 1.... I know that's how I am.

Mark of the Ninja.. well it was a very good game first playthrough I still can't beat it a second time... I dunno I just don't fancy playing the same stages with some reskinning but the different abilities make it worthwhile.

MOTK is having a DLC coming soon as well.

I say go for Don't Starve.
