Hi,

I don't remember where I got Z: Escape on the day 11 Oct, 2018. But my key has just been revoked with the default message, "Your recent Product code activation has been revoked due to a problem processing payment for this item.".

Anyone else?

REPORT THESE GAMES ON STEAM FOR FRAUD OR LEGAL VIOLATION

The developers responded in the forum and have offered to replace keys if you email them. I've already reached out to them and provided my old keys. I'll let you know if I get them successfully replaced.

Under no circumstances send emails to this "developer" asking for new keys. Not only is the "game" not worth it, but also an individual who scams their player base like this cannot be trusted with any of your personal info.

Just black out your username and/or use an disposable email adress and there's no problem emailing.

I just sent them my old Z Escape key using a secondary email address (the one I keep for spammy stuff). No personal info should be needed, i'll reply when/if I receive a new key.

remember not to use your main email. don't let a chance of a replacement key stop you from doing the right thing, report the dev on steam

This. By asking/begging for a new key to replace the one that was STOLEN, people are actually encouraging that kind of behavior by scamdevs. I chose to buy the game on Steam and let it running for 10 minutes so I could write a "nice" review. And, of course, reported the game AND the scamdev for legal violation and fraud

If I refund it the review will be removed. Would have paid 100 times more just to cause the scammer as much harm as possible though. Greetings from a half-Irishman with good old thick red blood.

Ah, didn't realise that reviews got removed. Also, after I wrote that, I saw just how cheap the game is anyway. lol

Thanks for trying to fight for the right cause.
Most people dont realize how counterproductive is to send that email ...

I got this message too. This is disappointing. I believe I got the key for this from a certain key site, because all the other ones I have checked do not seem to list the game that I figure would have it.

I wonder how many of these enraged customers ever planned to even install that one-dollar game once in their lifetime.

It's all about +1, torches and pitchforks :D

And I can actually sympathize.
Torches and pitchforks are much more fun than playing most of those shovel ware crap games on steam^^

Reply from the dev:
"Do you want me to delete your email? If so just reply with "Delete" or "Del" and it will be done, otherwise I could offer you to be a beta tester for the next game we publish.
I encourage you to demand your money back from GoGo/Otaku since this game (Z:Escape) is now (or will be soon) free.

Thank you for your time and we apologize for the inconvenience."
