The Elder Scrolls Anthology - question about steam key

I have question to those who already bought The Elder Scrolls Anthology. As I understand there is one steam key for TES III:GOTY, TES IV:DE and TES V:LE, but there is also a disc with Skyrim LE that you must activate through Steam. Does it mean, that when buing Anthology you receive two copies of Skyrim Legendary Edition, one on disc and one with steam key?

No, it's a steamworks game. It requires steam running and steam activation. You only have one key to activate it, the discs don't have their own key.
