In the morning, if my face is a little puffy I’ll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now.

My plan isn't really fixed. Tuesday and Thursday I go the school gym to train my lower or upper body, the gym is pretty small but the equipment is good. Wednesday and Friday I play basketball in club. Saturday or Sunday I work my cardio and twice to three times a week I work my abs.
But right now I have a patellar tendinitis so I can't train my legs. :(

If dancing counts as a workout, then that. I do it every day. And I also walk about 15 minutes every day from the bus stop to university.

Oh it's nothing fancy, I just put on music and dance around, sometimes trying to do the choreography of the song. I'm not a professional dancer.

I'm just getting back into it and keeping it simple... 1 or 2 minute planks plus push-ups then walk everywhere and jog occasionally with the dog. Leave the car in the driveway whenever I can!

Bump, I don't work out because I'm already very skinny and I'm trying to gain weight (and failing :/). Working out will cause me to lose weight, and also my laziness knows no bounds so I guess I'm just going to be unfit until the day I finally get my shit together, which will probably be never

I used to have something similar, but I'd alternate the legs and arms, and legs would be focused on different muscles. Sadly, I stopped that a long time ago.
