So I just got the green bar of awesomeness saying that I have won a giveaway. But the person who made the haven't been online for a week. So how do I deal with giveaways that I win but I will not get the key, just put not received and cry for losing after you have won it?

Wait for 7 days after giveaway is over, if you still don't get the key, mark it as not received and move on with your life. That's all you can do.

You can try adding the person and ask about the giveaway. Maybe they forgot or are just unavailable...
