It adds the game on your list but you still have to enter the REDEEM CODE to actually own it, so you don't get anything.

But when you try to play non-demo portions it asks you to buy Full Game DLC.

Thanks i hope it be work. I unlocked soundtrack and Uplay says i unlocked new game Trials Fusion. I added a demo of Shotmania and Uplay say i added a Shotmania Storm Demo, so i think its works.

I hate Uplay.

It is just badly explained, it's a demo. Check the DLC tab, the last entry is Trials Fusion: Full Game

Just checked, it's just the demo, only thing you want obtain is the Soundtrack composed by Alenski (I think he worked on Halo Wars' soundtrack).

Nope, its just the demo. You can get the soundtrack for free, though.
