It was just closed, not deleted, but this was the reason, and will likely be about this as well. You just drop a link to a grey market page, or a page that collects legit and grey market stores, without barely a single thing why people should be interested in the game, or why do you do this. Less than an hour after a fresh registration.
Btw why do you have 102 hours in the game, without a single achievement? You didn't even unlock the one that looks like immediately unlocks at start. (Playtimes are so weird, 102 hours in recent activity, 0 hours in achievements, but then again 102 in your game list)

If you google, you will find customer service issues from all official stores. Should we try? I think here is something unfair. Do you support only Humble and gala?

That's a question you would need to ask support as adam112 already mentioned.
My guess it is not only because of aforementioned issues with the website. It's not great, but it's an official store.
You, however, just registered before it, haven't shown much interest in the website itself yet, and advertised an expensive pre-order at a store which is not often shared around here (because no bundles, historical lows often only for new games when still expensive). If you were convinced by the offer, why didn't you buy and activate it yourself?
Your Steam account is rather new, your profile states you are from Turkey, while e-tail's head office is also in Turkey. Smelt pretty much like advertising.
