Sony Xperia SP or Motorola Moto G?

Hello, could you help me decide? I need to know your opinions to decide :)

Sony:

Qualcomm MSM8960T Snapdragon, Adreno 320, Dual-core 1.7 GHz

Camera: 8MP

Battery: 2370 mAh

Other factors:

-4G (but the company did not provide 4g)...

-Led Multicolor

-Slot MicroSD

-This month: Android 4.3; Android 4.4 in the future

Motorola:

Qualcomm Snapdragon 400, Adreno 305, Quad-core 1.2 GHz Cortex-A7

Camera: 5MP

Battery: 2070 mAh

Other factors:

-By Google (updates)

 -Android 4.4: January

-Better optimized (in theory)

That you think that should I choose? can the optimization motorola (google) offset be somewhat less potent?

Updates, optimized and I do not know which is better, a 2-core 1.7 or 4-core 1.2 xD

And the price will be better of course xD

you didn't provide prices, so that's irrelevant...

+it still depends on your usage. if you won't play any powerful games/apps, you can easily get something else

€ 28 vs € 11 a month is a big difference and wanted to know if the sp victory was very large, or optimization moto G and updates keeps it in good position

Isn't Moto G like $180 and Xperia SP $300? It's hardly fair to compare them.

The motorola G has a quality / price very good. They are practically in the same range.

What I do not know is whether the optimization motorola (google) can offset be somewhat less potent.

I can only afford a cell phone with a telephone company (paying a portion each month) :(

The motorolas is as close to a nexus that I can have :(

I bought the Moto G a few weeks ago. It is a really good phone, very impressed by it! There are a lot of people complaining about the camera being a bit rubbish, which to an extent I agree. But you have to take into consideration the phone costs £130. It plays most of the latest games lag free, I think the only one I have seen not work was the Batman game.

The battery life is VERY good. I can get a good two days+ on one charge with general usage such as phone calls, messaging, facebook etc. If I play any games for a length of time I get a full day easily.

UPDATE - Regarding the software support. Motorola plan to release Kit Kat on it around January. It is a very popular phone already so I would expect to see Cyanogen support for it if you choose to use a custom rom.

The great work on optimization that say this phone has is what makes me doubt whether to get this or one with more power hardware (xperia sp).

Antutu Test as give very good score to MotoG and the price is tempting lot. But not having slot for Micro SD, worse camera and have a worse LED notifications that xperia, makes me doubt.

I also have the feeling that the optimization is not a "real" superiority, I would like to try both but do not know anyone who has them :(

I would not like repent for 2 years xD
