Add a Help category in the forums? / Some questions.

So I just had a question I wanted to ask and came to the forums and felt confused about which category to put it under. Seeing as how our forums are usually filled with question-type threads (example: "what do I do if my GA winner doesn't add me?!") it seems a little strange that we don't have this category. It would also decrease the number of dup threads since people go who to that section would see similar questions more easily. I mean, stuff that like isn't really a bug or a suggestion... nor is it really off topic since it's the most on topic thing to ask here on SteamGifts ._. Or if you guys don't want that kind of category, where do you suggest I put my questions?

As for my question, I might as well ask it here for now: Where are the user settings? Like where do I go if I want to change my e-mail or something? Also, does the new SG not do automatic library filter anymore? (derp I found the answer in the "We're Alive!" announcement) I was actually looking for that setting when I realized I had no idea how to get to user settings.
