I have a Omerta copy, but in the description says "4 pack gift", so i don't know what i have. Can you help me? Thanks.

Probably from the Tropico 5 pre-order. It appears as 4 pack because it came from a Tropico 5 pre order. Confusing i have to say, but it is a single copy, unless you traded a 4 pack.

That is the one source for a 4 pack marked gift, since looks like Steam doesn't sell 4 pack of that game but just one copy or 2 pack.
