Trade to Other Cards ( for badges and or make more profit )
Sell All Cards.
Craft all to Gems and get some profit.

You can find bundle games for 7-10 cards from good traders on this site, if you look enough

turning into gems will very rarely be profitable in my experience. not only do you need a thousand gems before you can sell but they are almost always worth much less than the card will sell for
if there's any particular badge you're after or if you're trying to level your steam account then you might want to dabble with some trades, but I personally recommend selling, especially if you have any cards that are worth more than the rest
also the the mobile authenticator now lets you confirm selections instead of having to confirm each card one by one, which is a huge convenience boost for selling
