Yeah you said you knew where I could get some games for me and my kid and all that but you had to sleep and would get back to me the next morning. You added me, kinda randomly, said all that and I was like 'awesome!' but the next morning you weren't on my list anymore.

Odd, I'm wondering if a staff imposter is screwing with us again. Do you have the link to the same user? His steam URL will differ from mine.
Found the thread about it. The only we would be friends is if we either did a trade, have a decent level of awesomeness with the general community on both forum and chat or just wanted help with a specific game like co op and such.

So that wasn't you that responded to my thread? The steam account was linked to you, or so it seemed, and you mentioned my thread and offered to help. Why would someone else do that? Makes no sense, I don't have anything to offer or steal lol
You (or whoever) added me on steam, we chatted a bit and that was it. Said you'd get back to me in the morning cuz it was like 4am or something for you.

Oh of course, I don't doubt it, all the people at SG are really great. It just seems so odd, like, why? It's not like he wanted anything, he just offered to help which is cool. Right? But the real the next morning I got he wasn't on my list anymore.
