What happens if a winner of my giveaway seemingly refuses to accept the gift directly via Steam and would leave me with the only option to send it via E-Mail? I don't like to send gifts via E-Mail, because I'd like to talk directly to the winner and see if he redeems it and stuff. Otherwise I would forget.

As a matter of fact I've told him that he won my giveaway and tried to trade with him (I assume he was in a chat I was in), but he just ignored me. :<
