I just bought it. Using the voucher brought the price down to $8 which is a good price for DLC missions, new cars and outfits. I haven't gotten the $2 credit yet I assume that it just takes time to process.

Well I haven't played the DLC yet but I'm enjoying the game and if the DLC is more of what's in the game I think i'll like it but I'll save my judgement until then. Plus it was only $8 anyway.

Just so you know - there's "Betrayal of Jimmy" DLC that's not in GMG offer. It also have some weird history (it's "PS3 exclusive" DLC, but it's available to buy in Eastern Europe, weird stuff).
