I'm not sure they'll necessarily announce 3; they recently added DLC to 2, so perhaps it's just more DLC (Necron faction for MP/campaign?).

Could be, but changing the whole website, Youtube channel,...would be a bit too much for this, they teased the Necron DLC with just a picture on their Twitter nothing more.

SEGA/Relic just teased what seems to be a new Dawn of War game (hopefully).
